Tucker’s Island Lighthouse at the Tuckerton Seaport

The Old Barney ARC will be operating as W2T from the Tucker’s Island Lighthouse (USA-911) in the Tuckerton Seaport in NJ on August 19th (and possibly also on August 20th, however, not yet confirmed) in honor of International Lighthouse Lightship Weekend (ILLW).

This Lighthouse is a replica of the original which fell into the sea during a storm in 1927.

It currently features a museum and is the focal point of the Tuckerton Seaport. Since is not on an island, it does not count for IOTA or USI.

Operation is planned mainly on 40 and 20 SSB with some CW from about 1300 – 2100 utc each day.

QSL W2T via N2OO.
